Negotiate and hold net rates with hotels, cruises and transport suppliers across all three countries.
The rates you negotiate are the rates our sales desks quote to agents around the world. You hold the supplier relationships that make a programme both possible and competitive.
What you will do
- Negotiate annual and seasonal net rates with hotels, cruises, transport and activity suppliers
- Load and maintain rates, policies and allotments so the sales desks quote correctly
- Source and assess new hotels, experiences and suppliers across Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos
- Track contract terms — cancellation, child and payment policies — for every supplier
- Brief the sales teams on product changes and new additions
What we are looking for
- 2–5 years in contracting, product or purchasing at a DMC, tour operator or hotel group
- A confident negotiator, comfortable with numbers and rate sheets
- Fluent English, and Vietnamese for supplier negotiations
- Organised record-keeping, so every rate traces back to a contract
Good to have
- An existing network of hotel and supplier contacts
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
