You learn how a travel programme is actually run, working across reservations, operations and supplier work with a senior beside you throughout. By the end of the year you run files of your own.
What you will do
- Learn how a programme is built — reservations, vouchers, supplier briefings and final documents
- Support the operations desk on live files under a senior’s guidance
- Prepare itinerary documents and simple quotations as your skills grow
- Learn our destinations, hotels and suppliers across the three countries
- Take on files of your own once you are ready
What we are looking for
- A degree or diploma in tourism, hospitality or a related field — or a real interest in travel
- Good English, and Vietnamese
- Careful, organised and quick to learn
- Happy working in a busy team
Good to have
- An internship in a hotel, airline or travel company
- A second foreign language
