What you will do
- Learn how agent enquiries are handled, costed and followed up
- Support the sales desk with proposals, quotations and follow-ups
- Learn our destinations, hotels and product across Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos
- Build relationships with agents of your own as your confidence grows
- Keep enquiry and booking records up to date
What we are looking for
- A degree or diploma in tourism, hospitality, business or a related field
- Good English and Hindi
- Confident, curious and comfortable talking to people
- Organised and quick to learn
Good to have
- An internship in a travel company
- An interest in South East Asia
