You are the person who prices our trips. You read each agent’s brief, plan the route and cost it from our contracted rates for hotels, transport, guides and activities. Agents expect a quote within one business day, so speed and accuracy both matter. We train you on our rates, suppliers and destinations.
What you will do
- Read enquiries from travel agents and understand what their clients need
- Plan day-by-day itineraries and cost them with our contracted hotel, transport, guide and activity rates
- Prepare clear quotations and send them to agents within one business day
- Revise quotes when agents change dates, hotels or the number of travellers
- Check rates and availability with suppliers and our contracting team when needed
- Hand over confirmed quotes to the operations team with every detail in place
Qualifications and skills
- Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Travel and Tourism or Hospitality will be preferred.
- Freshers with good spoken and written English are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in quotations, reservations, tour operations or a DMC are encouraged to apply.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and rate sheets.
- Strong attention to detail with numbers, dates and names.
- Able to handle several enquiries at once and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Vietnam, Cambodia or Laos as travel destinations will be an added advantage.
- Vietnamese candidates with good spoken and written English skills are required for this position.
